WORM-TV hosting the Worm Winter Games.

WORM-TV, "the Grouch broadcasting network,"[1] is a television station with programming primarily for the most discriminating and irritable of viewers. The station, the very first dedicated to Grouches, was created by Oscar the Grouch in Episode 1311.

Scenes involving the station appeared on Sesame Street continued in seasons 11, 12, and 13. It would resurface on the show later in season 23 with the soap opera As the Worm Turns, later including more shows and sporting events starring worms such as the Worm Winter Games. In Stars and Street Forever it's featured as an MTV-style station with a selection of songs introduced by two worms (played by Rhea Perlman and Danny DeVito). Slimey is a big fan of the station.
