A cave creature shows up at Boober's room. His friends love the creature and name it Waggleby, but Boober is not pleased with him at all, especially when Waggleby starts messing up his cave. In the end, Waggleby finds him a rare Flava Flower, and Boober starts seeing him as a faithful friend.

Waggleby later appeared in The Fraggles Big Opposites Coloring Book.
