Mr. Johnson admires the fancy overhaul Charlie's Restaurant has received, but still grumbles at the same lackluster service, having already waited fifteen minutes. Grover appears tuxedoed and points out the new service bell, which he instructs to be rung three times in order to get his attention, as opposed to yelling across such an upper-crust establishment. While Grover tends to other customers, Mr. Johnson passively rings the bell to no response, prompting him to scream. Grover returns and criticizes Mr. Johnson for not having rung the bell fast enough, which Grover claims is only common sense. Insulted, Mr. Johnson demands to speak with the manager, who can be summoned with four bell rings. The monstrous manager, Andre, sees nothing wrong with the bells; in fact, he finds them so good that he devours one. Mr. Johnson flees the scene in fear, though Grover assumes he's going to tell his friends about the place.
