Grover is a singing and dancing waiter at La Casa de Comidas (or "The House of Foods" in Spanish). He gives Mr. Johnson a choice of four numbered specials, and just before he serves the order, he breaks into his song-and-dance routine (accompanied by Manolo on guitar), dancing with the dish in hand until it spills onto the floor. The process repeats twice more, even when Grover attempts to avoid spillage by putting his tray down before dancing. Just as Mr. Johnson threatens to leave, Grover assures him that it won't happen again, as Manolo stops playing to take his lunch break. After checking if Mr. Johnson wants a side of rice or potatoes, Grover brings out the "numero uno" special, literally the number 1 on a plate, much to Mr. Johnson's dismay.
