Walk & Talk Pals are a series of plush dolls produced by Tyco in 1997. Characters in the Walk & Talk toy line include Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird. The dolls are 16 inches tall and include removable sneakers. A button on either sneaker makes the plush walk and talk when pressed. Some of their phrases include "Look at me! I'm walking!" and "Coming through!"
A 30-second, TV ad was produced in 1998 for the dolls, featuring Ernie reacting to the commotion the toys cause from the floor above him.
