Walter Foster Publishing (often known simply as Walter Foster, the name of the company founder whose signature serves as the logo) is a publisher of art instruction books, including drawing, painting, acrylics, cartooning, and other techniques or skills.
Walter Foster has published multiple "How to Draw" books featuring Muppet or Sesame Street characters. In 2011, Walter Foster signed Jim Henson Designs as a license, publishing the book Doodling with Jim Henson as well as tie-in guided art journal, blank notecards and envelopes, and an empty "doodled" journal.
