Weepin' Willie is a cowboy who appeared in a season 12 Old West sketch.
As his name implies, Willie cries a lot. In the sketch, the horses wonder why Willie is sad, but he won't answer. They try telling a joke and singing a song, but to no avail. They finally ask Willie why he's sad; he says he isn't sad at all, he's crying because one of the horses is standing on his feet. The horse gets off his feet, which makes him so happy that he could cry... which he then proceeds to continue doing.
