Wendell Wizard was a magician who showed up in the Mopatop's Shop episode "The Wizard's Wand." He turned Mopatop and Puppyduck, who had been transformed into pigs, back to their normal selves.
Wendell was recycled from the Lenny the Lizard puppet.
