What's My Letter? is a Sesame Street game show hosted by Guy Smiley from season 3. (First: Episode 0370)
Prairie Dawn was the show's contestant, and the object of the game was to guess a letter of the alphabet - in this case, the letter "E" - given some clues. She manages to get the answer right when she hears the prize will be a mouse, which frightens her!
This was one of many tracks from the 1971 LP The Muppet Alphabet Album that was later recorded as a segment on the show, with the puppets lip-syncing to the original album recording. The sketch is a spoof of the television game show What's My Line?
