"What's Your Number?" is a jazz instrumental song originally recorded by Count Basie and his Orchestra in 1940.
Elmo dances to the song in a Sesame Street Season 28 insert, directed and choreographed by Rachel Harms. (First: Episode 3526)
This segment was featured as the tag end of the video Get Up and Dance in its original release, replaced in later versions with "Elmo's Rap Alphabet." The chroma key footage of Elmo was later used for a few scenes in the PBS Kids music video, "Use Your Imagination" featuring characters from other PBS Kids shows dancing with children.
