Wheeler Dealer is an unscrupulous business owner who appears in Episode 1006 of Sesame Street.
In the street story, Mr. Hooper has been offered a job managing the Super Duper Supermarket down the street. He does a trial run of the job out of spite when his friends think he might be too old and inexperienced for such a position. With this possible career change, Mr. Hooper considers selling Hooper's Store to Wheeler.
However, as his name implies, Wheeler's intentions are far from pure. Once owner, he plans on further buying up businesses down the block, tearing them down, and replacing them with "one big classy place." He also claims his store will do away with Mr. Hooper's friendly practices of making deliveries and keeping store credit. Wheeler's behavior convinces Mr. Hooper not to sell the store after all.
