"When It's Time for a Snack" (also registered as "Carrot Time When It's Time for a Snack") is a Sesame Street song.

In a commercial send-up, Biff walks into a dull restaurant (where a sleeping Sully and Sally Smith are also dining, among other Anything Muppets) that livens up when Grover, the restaurant waiter, serves them carrots.

The segment did not air on the domestic version of Sesame Street, but it did appear, dubbed, on Rua Sésamo and Sesamstrasse.[cite]
