"When You Wish Upon a Star," from the Disney animated film Pinocchio, won the Academy Award for Best Song.
It was performed as part of the closing number (with "You Are My Lucky Star") in episode 417 of The Muppet Show by Luke Skywalker, C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Angus McGonagle, and a group of Muppets.
It is the musical accompaniment to the Walt Disney Pictures logo, and as such opens up The Muppet Christmas Carol, Muppet Treasure Island, The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted.
