A repaint of the Rowlf Action Figure in a white tuxedo was made by Palisades Toys as an industry giveaway for Toy Fair 2003. Because it wasn't available for public sale, the figure is one of the rarest exclusives.
The figure was packaged by itself in a bag with a simple tag specifying where at Toy Fair it could be acquired. There were no accessories included.
