"Who, What, Where, When, Why, How?" is a Sesame Street song from Episode 1965 that Olivia sings to two Anything Muppets.
When one of the boys (Martin P. Robinson) snaps at the other (Richard Hunt) for asking too many questions, Olivia berates him and explains that asking questions is a good thing. Some examples of questions she offers include "why is the sky blue?", "how old are you?", and "when is your dog's birthday?"
