Xavier Fagnon is a French voice actor who has dubbed Uncle Deadly and Beaker beginning with Le Nouveau Muppet Show (Muppets Now). He was heard as additional voices in the Apple TV+ dub of Fraggle Rock.
Fagnon is the standard French voice of Seth Rogen and dubbed Jude Law in Sherlock Holmes and its sequel, Matthew Fox on Lost, and B. D. Wong on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He dubbed Mayor Lionheart in Zootopia, the Joker in several DC Comics series and straight to video features, while in 2012 he took over Gérard Rinaldi's characters on The Simpsons, including Mr. Burns, Principal Skinner, Krusty the Klown, Chief Wiggum, Kent Brockman, Mayor Quimby, and Sideshow Bob. He was heard in the original language version of the 2013 TV Mickey Mouse Cartoon short "Croissant de Triomphe" as French locals.
