Yukkles

Yukkles are a mutant brand of Snizzy's favorite candy in the Aliens in the Family episode, "Dissected and Neglected." The Yukkles come in five different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, and purple. However, nobody likes the green ones and usually chucks them on the ground as the green Yukkle says when he beats up the school bully.

The living candy calls Snizzy "Mommy" after she tries to make more of the candy instead of bring them to life and attack the school bully. They end up moving out and having their own TV series, which bears a strong resemblance to Friends.

Yukkle performers include Peter Linz (red and green), David Rudman (orange), Joey Mazzarino (purple), and John Kennedy (yellow).

Details on the orange and red Yukkles were published as part of The Jim Henson Company 70th Anniversary Auction from 2025. Each is made from a block of carved foam with black buttons for eyes. The mouth interiors are made of dyed foam, while the exteriors are covered with small, soft plastic cubes to give them their sugary gumdrop look. The blue sleeves are attached for Chroma key effects like leaping to Snizzy or terrorizing the local bullies. Note that the red Yukkle still has their eyelashes attached from their TV career.
